Meet the Founder
Gabriella Pellolio
Founder & Principal Designer, Maison Blanc Design
With a background in classical architecture and a passion for refined, livable interiors, Gabriella Coyne Pellolio founded Maison Blanc Design in 2019 to bring a more elevated and intentional design experience to discerning clients across the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
The name Maison Blanc is a tribute to her great-grandfather’s beloved restaurant in Seattle—a legacy of hospitality, beauty, and thoughtful experience that now lives on through her work. Gabriella’s design perspective is deeply influenced by years of international travel and living abroad, where she developed a love for art, architecture, and culture from an early age.
Gabriella began her formal training in architecture, where she cultivated a deep understanding of spatial planning, proportion, and structure. But it was her desire to work with textiles, furnishings, and the emotional layers of a space that ultimately drew her to interior design. Her work is rooted in that dual perspective—where strong architectural foundation meets softness, elegance, and soul.
Today, Maison Blanc Design offers full-service interior design, including interior architecture, kitchen and bath design, and custom furniture design. Gabriella brings a refined, collaborative process to every project—whether designing a modern wine country retreat, a historic Bay Area home, or a serene coastal escape.
Based in Marin County with her husband, Gabriella draws daily inspiration from California’s natural beauty—its textures, tonal landscapes, and quiet luxury—a sensibility that continues to shape the timeless spaces she creates.
